Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

• Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• In case of product defects or damage, please attach photos when contacting us.

Cases Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Possible

• More than 14 days have passed since arrival

Return Procedure
